**(BPO Customer Care Executive - Voice Process)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote and sell products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to pitch products or services effectively
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good command of the English language
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Details:

- UK Shift time : 3pm to 12am with drop facility
- USA Shift time : 8pm to 5am
- Salary best in the industry
