Job Title: Collection Executive

Work Mode: Office-based

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000 in-hand per month

Job Summary
- The Collection Executive is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from clients or customers. The role involves communicating effectively, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Debt Recovery:

- Contact customers to remind them about pending payments.

Payment Negotiation:

- Negotiate payment plans or settlements within company guidelines.
- Address customer queries and provide solutions to facilitate payments.

Record Maintenance:

- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Update payment statuses in the system regularly.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory norms.
- Generate and submit collection reports to the team leader/manager.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers.
- Handle disputes or escalations effectively.

Key Requirements
- Educational Qualification:

- Minimum: Any Graduation

**Experience**:

- 0.6-1 years in collections, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to handle stress and work towards targets.

Additional Requirements:

- Languages known: English, Hindi, Kannda or English, Hindi, and Telugu only.

**Benefits**:

- Fixed salary of ₹22,000 (in-hand).
- 10% Annual bonus

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
