**Job Overview**:
Sakhiya Skin Clinic is seeking a compassionate and professional **Patient Counselor** to guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey. The counselor will be responsible for educating patients about various dermatological and cosmetic procedures, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their treatment decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Consultation**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with patients to understand their skin concerns, medical history, and treatment expectations.
- **Treatment Guidance**: Explain different skincare and cosmetic procedures offered at the clinic, including benefits, risks, and post-treatment care.
- **Emotional Support**: Provide reassurance and emotional support to patients undergoing treatments.
- **Sales & Conversion**: Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed treatments by explaining benefits and answering patient queries effectively.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain regular follow-ups with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-treatment concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and feedback for future reference.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with dermatologists, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends and developments in skincare, cosmetic procedures, and counseling techniques.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish rapport with patients.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures (training will be provided).
- Sales and persuasion skills to encourage patients to opt for suitable treatments.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using patient management software and basic computer skills.
