**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs on Full Stack Java development
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on labs
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that training materials are current and aligned with industry standards
- Provide guidance and support to students as they work through training programs
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to help them improve
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Full Stack Java development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong background in Java development, including experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other related technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor is a plus
- Certification in Java programming is a plus
