**Primary Skills**:
Knowledge and Hands on experience of at least 8 years on Web Api development, good hands on

experience on Azure API management,

Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues

Good knowledge on Design pattern ,Good communication skill ,Team handling capability, Hands on experience on Azure

Paas Services,

Atleast 2 year experience on.Net Core web api development and solution providing skills

Azure B2C, Auth 2.0 ,OOps knowledge, C#, Core framework web api development,Unit Testing ,Integration testingAzure

Logic app, azure function, service bus, App Insights

**Responsibilities**:
Understand CNH technical eco-system

Relationship with CNH Teams

Contribution to CNH digitalization journey

Foster positive relationships

Create a solution, POC Guidance & review, technical and system architect, and design consistent with CNH standards and guidelines

Ensure that the YASH team delivered solutions meet industry standards

Oversight on the ongoing assignments
- Set up best practices- Establish standards- Help with quantitative improvements- Technical Coach / Mentor for the teamProactive / Consultative best practices based on ground level observations. Following are the ongoing ones right now:

- DevOps- Azure, Security etc.Be a resident technical expert who helps in ongoing sales pursuits

Establish standards and best practices, frameworks and methodologies and reference architectures and implementations for your customer

Advise your customer on solutions for their digital initiatives to help them achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements.

Be the technical coach and mentor for the team. Plan their technical growth to achieve delivery excellence and meet

their personal aspirations
