**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare detailed technical drawings** using **AutoCAD** and other drafting software, including layout plans, demarcation plans, and site development designs.
- **Conduct site surveys** and collaborate with the surveying team to collect accurate data, ensuring proper boundary demarcation and layout plans.
- Develop **topographic maps** and **contour plans** based on survey data.
- Interpret and integrate architectural and engineering designs into clear and precise drawings for construction and real estate development.
- **Prepare land use plans**, plot demarcations, road alignments, and infrastructure layouts.
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with the **local building codes, regulations**, and company guidelines.
- Provide support during construction, helping to resolve design-related queries and ensuring the site matches the drawing specifications.
- **Coordinate with project teams** including engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
- Maintain accurate records of site layouts, as-built drawings, and any changes to the initial plans.
- Regularly **visit sites** to ensure drawings align with field conditions and adjust drawings as needed.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and estimates, ensuring alignment with design specifications.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
