**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and molds using CAD software.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure tooling meets operational requirements.
- Supervise tool fabrication, assembly, and testing processes in the tool room.
- Evaluate existing tooling for improvement opportunities in efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Maintain documentation for all designs and modifications.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and provide timely solutions.
- Support new product development by designing prototype tooling.
- Ensure tools and dies comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.)
- Understanding of machining operations
- Familiarity with mold and die design (especially for plastic injection molding, stamping, or die casting)
- Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
