- Reconcile bank statements and ensure that the company’s financial records are up to date.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting knowledge
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain proper filing systems for accounting records and other financial documentation.
- Experience in Invoice pre-requisites
- Good hands-on experience in Tally and Excel
- **Taxation and VAT**:
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and other tax requirements.
- Must know basic knowledge in GST, TDS
- GST filing and returns
- **General Accounting Support**:
- Assist in processing payroll and related expenses.
- Support senior finance staff in various accounting functions and projects as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in accounting or finance roles (typically 4-6 years).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical skills and ability to spot discrepancies.
- **Communication**: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
