We’re seeking a Video Editor with 2-4 years of experience to join our Brand Design team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to create high-quality video content that drives engagement and communicates our brand story across various platforms. This position demands technical expertise, creativity, and versatility, as you’ll not only edit videos but also contribute to ideation, storyboarding, and occasional videography.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Editing: Transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and digital platforms, often in real-time or under tight deadlines.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the design, marketing, and product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with our brand and project goals.
- Storyboarding: Leverage a strong understanding of storyboarding to plan and execute video projects, ensuring a cohesive narrative and visual flow.
- Videography: Shoot high-quality video footage as needed, adding flexibility and value to the team.
- Post-Production: Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to craft visually stunning videos, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and sound design.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional results on time without compromising quality.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest video editing techniques, motion graphics trends, and digital storytelling innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Optimization: Ensure all videos are tailored and optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience: 2+ Years
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a must.
- Storyboarding Skills: Strong ability to conceptualize and structure video narratives through storyboarding.
- Videography: Hands-on experience shooting videos with an eye for quality and brand alignment.
- Real-Time Editing: Capability to edit videos quickly and efficiently, supporting live events or time-sensitive campaigns.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for aesthetics and precision in editing.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your video editing work, particularly in marketing or product-related projects.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with the technology or real estate/property tech sectors.
- Proficiency in additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of advanced post-production techniques like color grading and audio mixing.
- A degree in film, media, design, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and an interest in improving the rental housing experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
