**Overview**

Duties
- Design high-quality social media posts tailored to client needs using Canva, Photoshop, and related tools.
- Create engaging short-form content such as reels optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Produce professional long-form client videos with strong narrative and visual quality.
- Edit videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut to deliver polished and engaging results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and objectives, ensuring alignment in all content produced.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for content ideation, design, and efficiency where applicable.
- Adapt content strategies to fit client industries including healthcare, education, retail, and manufacturing.
- Stay updated on content trends, platform updates, and best practices for social media growth.
- Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and quality across all deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio of social media posts, reels, and video projects.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for creative workflows.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.
- Strong editing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different industries and deliver on deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
