Civil Architecture

Develop architectural and civil engineering designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Work on conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases, including site layout, foundation, structural, and facade designs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to prepare detailed design documents and construction plans.
- Supervise the preparation of construction drawings and 3D models using design software.
- Plan site layouts, incorporating aspects like drainage, landscaping, and utilities.
- Assist in managing construction activities, ensuring designs are followed accurately.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to architectural and civil engineering standards.
- Resolve on-site construction issues and make necessary design modifications when required.
- Ensure that materials, methods, and processes adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Review contractor performance and manage any design revisions required during construction.
- Integrate sustainable design practices, such as energy-efficient solutions, green building materials, and environmentally conscious approaches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into design plans.
- Meet with clients to understand their project requirements, provide design recommendations, and offer progress updates.
- Prepare and present design proposals and feasibility studies to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
