**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Generation**: Generate accurate invoices for customers, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and terms of service.
- **Billing Operations**: Manage the billing cycle, from data entry to final invoicing, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Customer Account Management**: Maintain and update customer account information, including billing addresses, payment terms, and credit limits.
- **Payment Processing**: Record customer payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely collections.
- **Discrepancy Resolution**: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, working with internal departments and customers to correct errors.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze billing reports, providing insights into billing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Compliance**: Ensure billing practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, providing clear explanations and resolving issues promptly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless billing operations.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement in billing operations and recommend changes to increase efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
