Job description:
A Case manager who can handle Immigration petitions and work with paralegals and Attorneys. The role demands a person who understands US & Canada immigration law and is willing to adapt and learn to the process changes of the organization. The person should have an eye to detail, accuracy, spontaneous thought process and should be able to deliver work on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- End to end process documentation for H-1B petitions and RFE s.
- Manage US & Canada immigration cases in partnership with in-house attorneys including new petitions, visa transfers, amendments, and extensions.
- Initiate, review, gather appropriate information, get internal approvals, and monitor immigration cases.
- Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents.
- Maintain immigration compliance records including LCA filing and PAF filing.
- Prepare amended LCAs as and when employee moves to new project or for any other material change.
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate the case progress/status/issues to the supervisor.
- Follow up with vendors regarding these compliance documents, record progress, and place all documents into the Public Inspection File.
- Draft, prepare and collate U.S. & Canada immigration documents for visas.
- DS-160, visa appointment booking and pre orientation preparation for the consulate interview.
- Help Employees on Visa Stamping documentation.
- Prepare Itinerary for employment offer letters.
- Knowledge of GC processing will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience
- Excellent Communication and writing skills
- US Shift : 6:30PM TO 3:30AM IST

**Salary**: ₹382,594.12 - ₹1,292,836.17 per year

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
