**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely rigging and securing loads using ropes, chains, slings, and other rigging equipment.
- Inspecting rigging gear and tools for damage or wear and ensuring their proper usage.
- Coordinating with crane operators and other personnel to safely lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Conducting risk assessments for each rigging operation and identifying potential hazards.
- Maintaining accurate records of rigging equipment and ensuring that all tools are inspected regularly.
- Troubleshooting and resolving rigging challenges in a timely manner.
- Adhering to company safety standards and industry regulations while working on-site.
- Assisting in the assembly and disassembly of rigging equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in rigging and lifting operations.
- Certification in rigging (e.g., Rigger Level 1 or 2) is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of rigging equipment, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Ability to work at heights and in challenging environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
