Foh Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:Barista Duties**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently as per recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other bar equipment.
- Manage inventory for beverages and barista supplies.
- Educate customers about the menu and recommend drinks.

**Service Duties**:

- Greet and seat customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Serve orders to tables accurately and efficiently.
- Handle billing and payment through POS systems.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in a similar role (as barista/waitstaff). Freshers with basic training will also be considered.
- **Languages**: Marathi, Hindi, and Basic English.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication & customer service
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- **Personal Traits**:

- Energetic, punctual, and well-groomed
- Team player with a positive attitude
