**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging visual and written content that resonates with our eco-friendly brand identity.
- Produce high-quality photos, videos, infographics, and reels to showcase Pulpcraft’s products and promote a sustainable lifestyle.
- Stay up-to-date on content and industry trends to create innovative and fresh content ideas.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and monitor all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) to increase brand presence.
- Plan and execute a social media calendar in line with marketing goals and campaigns.
- Grow and engage our community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and generate traffic to our website.
- Analyze social media data and use insights to improve engagement, reach, and content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- **Brand Storytelling**:

- Craft and communicate our brand's sustainable mission and unique story effectively across platforms.
- Write blog posts, captions, and other copy that connects with our audience and reinforces our eco-friendly values.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Create and manage paid ad campaigns on social platforms when needed, ensuring alignment with budget and goals.
- Work on partnerships and collaborations with influencers and eco-conscious brands to amplify Pulpcraft’s reach.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and report on social media performance and content effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics tools to provide insights and suggest improvements for future content strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably with an eco-friendly or sustainable brand.
- Strong writing, photography, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw).
- Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives.
