Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Organizing files, both physically and electronically.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with travel arrangements.
- Handling mail, including incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- **Office Management**:
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring their availability.
- Ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.
- Keeping communal areas clean and organized.
- Greeting visitors and clients.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and data entry.
- **Other Duties**:
- Operating office equipment, such as copiers and scanners.
- Providing support to new employees and staff.
- Coordinating office events and activities.
- Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**Required Skills**:
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff, clients, and visitors.
- **Organizational Skills**:The ability to manage time effectively, organize files, and prioritize tasks is crucial.
- **Computer Proficiency**:Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software is often required.
