Job Description - Electrician Maintenance Department

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician.

Reports to: Engineering Manager

: Looking for Electrician with 5+ yrs Exp. in Plant Maintenance

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Danfoss, Panasonic AC & servo Drive Troubleshoot.

2. Electrical breakdown, shift handling.

3. Plant wiring & general electrical jobs.

4.Knowledge of DG changeover & HT/LT Panels.

5. Knowledge of electrical drawing (SLD)

6. Knowledge of basic starters DOL, Star delta & Relay logic.

7. Install new electrical components Like-Temp. Controllers + Timers/counters and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving production needs.

8.Test and calibrate sensors, actuators, and basic of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) I/O Tracing + checking.

9. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels, motors, PLCs, and control systems.

10. Knowledge of Electrical safety norms.

**Profile**:
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation

2. 5+ years of experience in maintenance
