Food Groww is looking to hire a **Google My Business SEO Expert and Google Ads Specialist** who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our local online presence and driving growth through strategic search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in local SEO, particularly Google My Business (GMB), and proficiency in creating high-performing Google Ads campaigns.

As part of a growing team, you will directly contribute to improving our search visibility, customer acquisition, and ultimately, business growth by ensuring our food-related business stands out in local search results.

**Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle My Business (GMB) SEO Expert**
- **Optimize Google My Business Listings**: Set up, optimize, and manage GMB profiles for Food Groww and its clients, ensuring all information (business hours, location, photos, posts, reviews, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Local SEO Strategy**: Develop and execute local SEO strategies to increase visibility in local search results, map packs, and other location-based SERPs.
- **Customer Review Management**: Monitor and respond to customer reviews, encourage positive reviews, and manage reputation across GMB and other local review sites.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of GMB listings and local SEO efforts. Use analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- **Local Citations**: Manage business listings across local directories and ensure consistency across all platforms.

**Google Ads Specialist**
- **Campaign Management**: Create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) with a focus on maximizing leads, sales, and ROI for the food industry.
- **Keyword Research & Optimization**: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to develop and refine campaign strategies for Google Ads, focusing on the food-related niche.
- **Ad Copy & Landing Page Optimization**: Write compelling ad copy, develop ad creatives, and optimize landing pages to improve Quality Score and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate Google Ads budgets efficiently to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **A/B Testing & Performance Analysis**: Continuously test ad creatives, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- **Remarketing Campaigns**: Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns to capture potential customers who have interacted with our website but have not converted.

**Qualifications**
- **Proven Experience**: 2+ years of experience in Google My Business SEO and Google Ads campaign management, preferably within the food or local business sector.
- **Google Ads Certification**: Google Ads certification or relevant experience in managing campaigns, optimizing budgets, and driving business results.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Strong understanding of local SEO principles, especially Google My Business optimization, local citations, and review management.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, GMB, and other SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- **Creativity & Copywriting**: Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging ads and optimized landing pages.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience in the food industry or working with food-related businesses is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and tools like Google Optimize.
- Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram) to complement Google Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with local search trends and tools for enhancing online presence in the food industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
