**What we offer**
**Competitive Compensation**:
Hourly rates starting at ₹300 for morning/evening shifts and ₹450 for night shifts, based on your profile and interview rating.

**Performance-Based Bonuses**:
₹3,600 bonus for completing 75 hours
₹5,600 bonus for completing 100 hours

**Additional Earnings**:
Paid intro conversion and technical interview.
