MBA/Graduate Engineer / Diploma Auto/Mech. Experience
- 14-18 years of professional experience in automotive After-Sales. Of these at least 3- 4 years should have worked as General Manager. Professional experience in personnel management along with sound technical and CRM knowledge

Tasks
- Business and Profit Planning as well as Representation of Dealer Aftersales Operations

.Define a vision and derive strategic and operative objectives.
- Develop appropriate performance indicators for Aftersales in coordination with the Management and OEM Motors

.Create binding investment, cost, sales and profit plans based on strategic and operational goals, taking into account the overall value chain (such as market share for Service and Parts, volume planning for Parts and Accessories and vehicle inflow).

Smooth administration of day to day dealership aftersales operations

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
