**About Us**:
**Patient Assessment and Care Planning**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental and physical health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.

**Medication Management**:

- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients for side effects and efficacy of medications.
- Educate patients and their families about medication management and adherence.

**Therapeutic Interventions**:

- Provide therapeutic interventions, including counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational activities.
- Support patients in developing coping skills and strategies for managing their conditions.

**Patient and Family Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
- Provide resources and support for families dealing with mental health challenges.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and interventions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in psychiatric nursing and mental health care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Mentor and support new staff and nursing students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
