- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings, patient history, and treatment goals, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Perform root canal therapy procedures, including cleaning, shaping, disinfection, and obturation of the root canal system, using advanced endodontic techniques and materials.
- Manage failed root canal treatments through endodontic retreatment procedures, ensuring thorough removal of previous obturation materials and effective disinfection of the root canal system.
- Perform surgical endodontic procedures such as apicoectomy (root-end resection), root-end filling, and management of periapical lesions through surgical intervention when indicated.
- Provide effective pain management strategies to alleviate dental pain and discomfort associated with endodontic conditions, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction throughout treatment.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring multidisciplinary care or complex dental rehabilitation.
- Educate patients about their endodontic condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote oral health and prevent future dental problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, clinical notes, radiographic images, and informed consent forms, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
