Job Description: Autocad draughtsman

We are seeking a fresher or Experienced one to develop Plan Approvals (Autocad) and Estimation to our clients. As a consultant, you will be preparing 2D plans, estimation and document related works..

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for plan approvals and layout approvals.
- Provide accurate and detailed cost estimation for construction projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
- Conduct valuation analysis to assess the financial feasibility of projects and provide insights for effective decision-making.
- Some times The work can be outside, so the two wheeler licence with good driving skills also required..(optional)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience is Required.(Freshers can apply)
- Experience in plan approvals, estimation, valuation, or a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate plan assessment and cost estimation.
- Autocad, MS word knowledge is must.
- Ability to work independently
