- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation and writing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Create and distribute content to support the company’s marketing goals, including long-form content like blogs and articles._
- _Write SEO-optimized copy that adds value to the target audience._
- _Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style._
- _Independently manage the editorial process with agencies and freelancers, coordinating with the design team for creative._
- _Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools, making recommendations for improvement._
- _Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, including the Director of Content, Director of Demand Generation, SEO Head, Marketers, Designers, and freelancers - and other teams as needed._
- Preferred Industry: PR, Media, Advertising_
- Shift Timing: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm_
