
Workshop Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the automobile workshop, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule and assign tasks to technicians, mechanics, and other staff to ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance of vehicles.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of vehicles to identify problems and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to improve their technical skills and knowledge, and ensure they adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition for use in the workshop.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activities, including billing and invoicing.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure efficient and effective operations of the workshop.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in automobile maintenance or repair
- Strong knowledge of automobile systems, tools, and equipment
- Understanding of computerized diagnostic tools and software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a workshop environment
- **Please Note**:_The salary for this position will depend on your experience, qualifications, and the outcome of your interview.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
