**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate calls to potential clients or leads to explain products or services, promotions, or events.
- **Lead Generation**: Convert cold calls into qualified leads, assess the customer's needs, and share information about company offerings.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Follow up on past customer inquiries, provide information, or update them on the progress of their orders or requests.
- **Customer Service**: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- **Sales Pitching**: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product or service to encourage purchases or subscriptions.
- **Data Management**: Record details of customer interactions, including names, contact details, and customer responses, using a CRM system.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Book appointments or product demos for the sales team when required.
- **Feedback Gathering**: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing or product development team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication**: Clear and confident verbal communication skills in [language(s)].
- **Patience**: Handle objections and rejections calmly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Organizational Skills**: Keep track of multiple calls, follow-ups, and customer information.
- **Sales Ability**: Knowledge of basic sales techniques and the ability to handle sales calls professionally.

**Educational Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in any field is a plus).
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
