Main Responsibilities:

- To ensure safety practice in Heat Treatment.
- To Look after the Hardening process with the Salt bath and Vacuum Furnaces.
- To Look after the Tempering process with Gas, Electrical & Salt Tempering.
- In process Calibration of thermocouples.
- Implementation of Production plan.
- To perform regular Metallurgical Testings like Hardness, Grain size, Tempered structure & Analysis of Retained Austenite.
- To Look after the surface treatments like Steam tempering, Blackening, Gold oxide.
- To Control the shift manpower and attain the production targets with consistent quality.
- To co-ordinate with maintenance department
- Failure analysis and implementation of CAPA.
- To maintain the production records & documents as per the ISO system.
- Controlling non -conformities.

Experience and required competencies:

- 1-3 years experience in Meteorology.
