**Job Title**: International Outbound Call Executive

**Location**: Kolkata (Sector V)

**Office Timing**: AUS (5.30 AM - 2.30 PM) / US (8 PM - 5 AM)

**Role & Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dynamic International Outbound Call Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle international outbound calls and effectively communicate with potential and existing customers. The role involves maintaining a clear database in Excel and familiarizing yourself with our company's products and services.

**Key Duties**:

- Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
- Quickly acquire knowledge about our company's diverse product offerings.
- Contact new and existing clients to introduce and promote our services.
- Understand prospects' requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- You must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and have a keen interest in understanding our product range.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
