**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create and Design Content**: Use **Canva** to design visually appealing posters, graphics, and other marketing materials to support campaigns and promotions.
- **Social Media Content Development**: Develop and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and audience engagement.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market positioning to assist in refining the company’s marketing tactics.
- **Market Research**: Assist in gathering insights for market expansion, particularly within the digital transformation services sector, to support the business's growth strategies.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute campaigns, contributing ideas and creative input for maximum impact.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing company social media pages, track analytics, and help grow digital presence through organic content strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a focus on Marketing (preferred).
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with **Canva** for designing marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for marketing, creativity, and the digital landscape.
