Role & responsibilities
1.Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's solar EPC business objectives in the assigned area.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Plan and forecast sales targets and budgets for the area.

2.Customer Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction

3. Market Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and opportunities.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and changing conditions.

4. Project Coordination:

- Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of solar EPC projects.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

6. Reporting:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor analysis, to the senior management team.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Training and Development:

- Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

1. Sales Experience:

- Proven track record of successful sales in the solar EPC or related industry.
- Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

2. Leadership Skills:

- Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
- Ability to provide guidance, set goals, and drive the team towards achieving objectives.

3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for dealing with clients, partners, and internal teams.

4. Networking Skills:

- Effective networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Participation in industry events and conferences.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
