We are hiring Female Telecallers for our Tour and Travel Company in Dehradun.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call on the provided leads and convert them for the company through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
- Stick to the script and strategy and improvise it when needed.
- Link with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Hindi)
- Proven record of meeting targets.

**Skills required**
- Good English and Hindi speaking skills and Grammar Knowledge(UK/US English)
- Topic related Research ability
- Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers.
- Great research, organizational, and learning skills

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Govind nagar, Dehra Dun - 248001, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
