**Job Title**: SMO Specialist
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1.5 years
**Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in social media optimization and management.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong content creation and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
