CNC Powermill JD (3-8 YEARS)

Create and optimize CNC programs using PowerMill software for multi-axis machines (3, 4, and 5-axis).Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to generate precise tool paths for production.Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material and machine specifications.Set up and test CNC programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC programming, tool paths, and machining operations.Document and maintain detailed records of programs and machine setups.Perform post-processing of PowerMill programs to ensure compatibility with specific CNC machine controllers.

CNC SETTER JD (2-5 YEARS)

Proven experience Milling and turning Manual programming.Part setting and line balancing.Production monitoring and follwup.Set up and configure CNC machines, including loading the correct tools, fixtures, and raw materials based on the production requirements.

- Conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) process for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the assembly and testing of machines meet high-quality standards.
- Perform rigorous machine testing to ensure all specifications and performance standards are met before delivery.
- Communicate test results and ensure necessary adjustments are made during the testing phase.
- Maintain detailed records of all testing processes, outcomes, and issues identified.
- Bill of material ensure the incoming stage & also verified the while pre assembly stage. Must know the understand the BOM process.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the FAT/SAT (Site Acceptance Test) process.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as 7QC (Seven Basic Quality Tools) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Strong understanding of essential measuring instruments and their correct usage.
- Sound knowledge of machine elements, both mechanical and electrical.
- Basic with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and IPC (Industrial PC) systems.
- Good knowledge and experience in handling test record documentation

Pay: ₹8,871.36 - ₹30,842.15 per month
