**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Should have strong knowledge of complete process knowledge of exports Booking, SI, SOB, Pre-alert etc. and compliance.
- Hazardous cargo handling experience is an added advantage.
- Able to negotiate and conclude on quotation with help from Procurement team.
- Excellent in communication both verbal and written (English, Hindi, Local Language), should be able to communicate overseas hassle free.
- Must have good knowledge of MS office tools Excel, Docs, and Power Point.
- Able to coordination with CHB, Transporter, container Surveyor, Shipping line, Customer, Accounts team, Outside vendor, filling of VGM, sharing of ISF details, BL releasing as needed to ensure timely execution of shipment.
- Able to perform billing and close the jobs with Finance within TAT.
- Keeping record and maintaining daily report (DSR & MIS), preparation of KPI, updating system data, other reports and able to review with client as per agreed timeline.
- Should have adequate experience of export volume operation of 70-80 shipments a month.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prefer at least 5 to 7 years of experience handling import/export trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker.
- Prefer 4 to 6 years of experience in customer service duties.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
- The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired.
