**Salary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking **vegetarian and non-vegetarian** Indian curries as per standard recipes.
- Ensure proper **cutting, marination, and cooking** of ingredients to maintain taste and quality.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards in kitchen operations.
- Support the **Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef** in daily kitchen activities.
- Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow portion control and waste management practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the curry section.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Knowledge of traditional and modern **Indian curries** (veg & non-veg).
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced** kitchen environment.
- Understanding of **spices, gravies, and Indian cooking techniques**.
- Strong **teamwork and communication skills**.
- Basic knowledge of food **hygiene and safety standards**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
