**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early learning goals and curriculum standards.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities.
- Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Use storytelling, music, art, movement, and hands-on activities to promote language, numeracy, and pre-literacy skills.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining records and providing feedback to parents and school leadership.
- Establish routines that support positive behavior and a structured learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, newsletters, and informal interactions.
- Collaborate with other early years staff to coordinate events, field trips, and school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in professional development and training programs.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and materials organization in accordance with school policies.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching UKG or early childhood classes.
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).

**Preferred**:

- Certification in Montessori or EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
- Experience using play-based or theme-based teaching methods.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in lesson delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
