The major responsibilities include to identify the best locations, entities for daily business products in the assigned segments and convert the same to loan disbursement and ensuring the collection of the same.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify shops with daily business to carry out Daily loan product.
- Make product awareness to the identified Society members.
- Convince the members the product features and details including repayments and identify them as groups.
- Documentation for Loan Processing.
- Co Ordinate the visit from Verification department for Loan sanction.
- Arrange for loan agreement execution and disbursement.
- Collection of Daily Loan instalments with track.
- Follow up on non-repayment cases.
- Joint visits along with legal team for recovery.
- Leading the team of collection agents on business enhancements.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
Minimum Plus 2.

**Prior Experience**
- 1 Years’ experience in the operations or collections/ Freshers also considered with 2-wheeler licence and own vehicle.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
