**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Perform regular backups and data retrievals as required.
- Review data for any inconsistencies or errors and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare reports and documents as required by the management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in data entry is a plus.
- **Proficiency in English** (reading, writing, and comprehension).
- **Typing skills** :Strong typing skills.
- Knowledge of **MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data entry software.
- Prior experience in a data entry role is preferred but not mandatory.
