**UI/UX DESIGNER - Fresher**

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

**Job brief**
- We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.
- UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
- Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Build page navigation.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.
- Create prototypes - Generating an interactive final version of the product pre-development, which is either clickable or tangible. It should enable the user to test the main interactions of the product. Modern prototyping tools even allow designers to record prototypes as videos to guide users through the product’s design functions.
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
- Certification course in UI/UX designing or Adobe XD will be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
