**Hiring for a leading Travel Company**:
**Job Title**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Leisure Travel Division
**Location**: Mumbai, India
**Salary**: ₹70 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore per annum (based on experience and performance)
**Industry**: Travel & Tourism
**Department**: Leisure Travel (B2C & B2B)

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute a strategic roadmap to scale the leisure travel business (domestic & international).
- Build and lead high-performing teams across product, sales, operations, marketing, and technology.
- Drive business development across B2C, retail, franchisee, and B2B channels.
- Build alliances with global DMCs, airlines, hotels, and tourism boards.
- Lead digital transformation and enhance customer journey through online and offline integration.
- Ensure P&L responsibility, EBITDA targets, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Oversee brand positioning, customer experience, and innovation initiatives.
- Drive expansion into new source markets, including Tier 2/3 cities.
- Report directly to the Board and act as a strategic advisor on all business decisions.
- 15-25 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector with at least 5+ years in a CXO/leadership role.
- Strong understanding of leisure travel trends, products, and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses, profitability, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong digital acumen and understanding of travel-tech platforms and tools.
- Global exposure and network in the travel industry will be a plus.
- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000,000.00 - ₹10,000,000.00 per year
