**Job Summary**:
The **Production In-Charge** will oversee and manage end-to-end production processes in the factory, ensuring timely and quality output. This role involves supervising job works, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning & Execution**: Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- **Factory Operations**: Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
- **Job Work Coordination**: Manage job work processes with subcontractors, ensuring timely execution and quality control.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor production quality at different stages and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate manpower and machinery effectively for optimal productivity.
- **Vendor & Supplier Coordination**: Work closely with fabric, trims, and accessory suppliers to maintain a steady production flow.
- **Process Optimization**: Implement cost-effective and efficient production techniques to minimize wastage and improve productivity.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.
- **Team Management**: Lead, train, and motivate the production team for enhanced efficiency and performance.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**: Monitor raw material usage and stock levels to avoid production delays.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain records of production schedules, efficiency, and quality reports for management review.

**Key Requirements**:

- 14+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, job works, and factory production.
- Strong understanding of production planning, workflow, and job work processes.
- Knowledge of fabric types, stitching techniques, finishing, and quality control.
- Experience in handling vendors and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage a large team and resolve production challenges efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations in garment production.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
