**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Beta Byte’s products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- **Knowledge of IT services/products is a must.**:
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
