Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client-centric manner.
- Maintain a Solar rooftop portal.
- Handle Subsidy claim process on Solar rooftop portal.
- Handle query and solve on the Solar rooftop portal.
- Handle ERP Software for Solar products.
- Handle Dealer Network.
- Make Dealer Sheet & Commission Sheet for Dealer
- Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
- Generate quotes and SOW for prospective client work.
- Review client scope of work, and use our estimator to create budget, pricing, and proposal.
- Handing off contracted projects to the engineering team.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts, and other related issues.
- Assist with updates and changes to any SOW.
- Arrange appointments with the client’s key decision-makers and sales team.
- Provide the sales team with data reports to make necessary business decisions.
- Marketing Collateral printing and tracking
- Couriering of collateral and tracking
- information to sales managers for dispatch tracking
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
