**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**For Performers**:

- Deliver high-quality Carnatic vocal performances at concerts, events, or recordings.
- Prepare and rehearse traditional and contemporary Carnatic compositions.
- Collaborate with instrumentalists and other artists for seamless musical productions.
- Participate in promotional activities, workshops, or festivals as needed.

**For Teachers**:

- Conduct engaging and structured lessons for students of varying skill levels (beginner to advanced).
- Design and implement lesson plans to teach swaras, ragas, kritis, and advanced manodharma techniques.
- Guide students in voice training, improvisation, and performance preparation.
- Conduct periodic assessments to track student progress.

**For General Roles**:

- Maintain a repertoire of traditional and contemporary Carnatic compositions.
- Stay updated on developments in Carnatic music and incorporate them into practice.
- Contribute to cultural initiatives or research projects as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 per week
