**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Greet customers upon entrance and engage in conversations to determine their needs.
Provide accurate information about jewelry features, value, and maintenance.
Assist customers in trying on jewelry and making selections.
**Sales**:Showcase, promote, and sell jewelry to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Process payments, handle cash, and provide receipts.
**Product Knowledge**:Maintain current knowledge about the jewelry inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Understand the basics of jewelry materials, craftsmanship, and care.
**Store Upkeep**:Ensure jewelry is displayed attractively and maintained in pristine condition.
Manage inventory and restock displays as needed.
Ensure a clean and organized store environment.
**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
**Returns & Repairs**:Handle customer queries related to returns, exchanges, and jewelry repairs.
Coordinate with the repair team or craftsmen on specific customer requirements.
