Position Overview: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting activities. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our accounts, enabling smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. General Accounting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a monthly basis.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Process vendor invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.

3. Taxation and Compliance:

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Prepare necessary documentation for audits and tax assessments.

4. Financial Reporting:

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate MIS reports and support management with data analysis.
- Work on Accounting tools like Tally and ERP.

5. Coordination and Support:

- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the aerospace, defence, or manufacturing sector.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. o Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Personal Attributes:

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
