Role : IVR Tester

Experience : 3 - 6 Years

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune

Duration : 6 months (Contract to hire)

Skillset : IVR, Cyara, Selenium, ( Python / Java / C# ) Roles and Responsibilities**:Must have
- **IVR+ Cyara, Selenium skill sets
- Collaborating with QA analysts and developers to identify test scenarios and design appropriate automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Writing and maintaining automated test scripts using testing frameworks, programming languages (such as Java, Python, C#), and testing libraries.
- Executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and stability.
- Automating the execution of regression tests to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable early detection of defects and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Identifying and reporting defects through clear bug reports and collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

Critical Skills to Possess:

- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing test scripts.
- Experience with automated testing in various environments (web, mobile, APIs, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
