Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Human Resources Specialist to manage and

oversee various HR functions, including engagement, operations, and recruitment. This

role is pivotal in driving a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and fostering

strong relationships between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Engagement (20%)
- Organize onboarding sessions and foster cultural integration for new hires.
- Conduct quarterly eNPS surveys to gather employee feedback.
- Celebrate employee milestones and coordinate workplace events to promote

engagement.
- Hold bi-annual HR 1:1 meetings to support professional development and wellbeing.
- Promote and sustain a positive workplace culture through strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate co]ee sessions to encourage open communication and camaraderie.

2. HR Operations (30%)
- Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Draft o]er letters, employment contracts, and manage probation or promotion

cases.
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems and employee records.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
- Manage exit procedures, conduct feedback sessions, and oversee o]boarding

activities.
- Handle grievances or dispute management e]ectively and empathetically.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

3. Recruitment (50%)
- Plan workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies with business

goals.
- Draft job descriptions, source talent, and build recruitment pipelines.

recruitment analytics and reports.
- Build and maintain employer branding to attract top talent.
- Strategically partner with hiring managers to meet talent needs.

Pay: ₹397,363.92 - ₹1,581,449.63 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
