Job Title: Agriculture Counsellor

Provide technical agricultural advice, generate leads, and manage client relationships through tele/online/offline counseling. You'll stay updated on industry trends and use your expertise to help clients improve their farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Expertise:

- Client Engagement:
○ Actively engage with potential and existing clients through inbound and outbound counseling. ○ Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. ○ Conduct effective needs assessments to identify client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation and Management:

- Communication and Reporting: ○ Effectively communicate complex technical information to a diverse audience, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and government agencies. ○ Prepare regular reports on client interactions, lead generation activities, and sales performance. ○ Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Life Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, including crop production, soil science, and pest management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (CRM, MS office, Google sheets). -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

- Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with occasional field visits.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to attend conferences, workshops, or client meetings.
